Clinical research and information sharing at Adult Down Syndrome Centre

The Adult Down Syndrome Centre in Chicago has been a major source of health information and expertise for more than 20 years - its directors are the authors of the highly regarded and popular books, Mental wellness in adults with Down syndrome and  The guide to good health -  for teens and adults with Down syndrome (both available for members to borrow from our library).

Reflections on their role in research has prompted this explanation of how they are currently using their clinic experience to contribute to knowledge and good practice in health care for adolescents and adults with Down syndrome. Links to other research centres and projects are provided.
