'Pete the Sheep' holiday musical and workshop: book by Friday 4th April

In partnership with Down Syndrome NSW, Monkey Baa Theatre Company is proud to offer complimentary tickets to the premier production of Pete the Sheep at the Lend Lease Darling Quarter in April 2014. Monkey Baa is one of Australia’s leading theatre companies creating professional theatre for young audiences and their families.

Together with the visit to the theatre to see this brand new musical based on the picture book by Jackie French, Monkey Baa has developed an exclusive one hour workshop after the performance for 20 young people. No previous experience in drama necessary!

The workshops are designed for children to attend by themselves. They will be supervised by staff from Down Syndrome NSW and Monkeybaa Theatre Company. Parents are encouraged to have a coffee at one of the many cafes adjoining the theatre.

Workshop 1: Monday 14th April
1pm show, workshop 2.15 - 3.15pm
For children aged 8-12

Workshop 2: Tuesday 15th April
1pm show, workshop 2.15 - 3.15pm

For children aged 13-17

Applications now open and will close: 4:00pm on Friday 04 April. 

You must apply between those dates via email events@dsansw.org.au (please advise the workshop you are wanting to attend, and the age of your child).

Bookings will only be accepted by email to Down Syndrome NSW. Monkeybaa Theatre company regrettably will not be able to take any booking.
