NSW Government introduces Disability Inclusion Bill

Minister for Disability Services John Ajaka (has) introduced the landmark Disability Inclusion Bill 2014 into the Legislative Council, which will improve the lives of people with disability, their families and carers.

The main purpose of the Bill is to enhance protections and enshrine the rights of people with disability into NSW law during implementation and following full transition to the National Disability Insurance Scheme (NDIS) ... read more here
