ACO Move - dance education opportunity

This year's fabulous and highly regarded ACO (Australian Chamber Orchestra) Move program, with the legendary Dean Watson and ACO musicians has been announced:
Our diverse Education Program aims to provide students with the skills and inspiration to explore and continue their artistic journey. 
ACO MOVE has been designed to encourage young adults (16 to 25 years) with disability to develop movement through live music in a safe and inclusive environment.
Through a series of exercises and tasks participants will be encouraged to work as part of an integrated ensemble while creating their own personal movement responses.

Over 5 sessions participants will have the exciting opportunity to be involved with the ACO.  All classes will be led by movement facilitator Dean Watson working in collaboration with ACO musicians, percussion, invited guests and support staff.
Saturdays 20th and 27th of June 
Saturdays 4th and 11th of July 
Presentation day on Wednesday 15th of July 
All sessions10am to 12pm
Participants must be available for all 5 sessions. 
Where - ACO studio at Circular Quay (next door to the Dendy Cinema)
Cost - FREE
Numbers are limited. Students with experience in movement and music are encouraged to apply.
