Up! Club rolls out across the State

Down Syndrome NSW has recently been approved for funding through the National Disability Insurance Agency (NDIA) to run a state-wide capacity building project.

DS NSW is currently seeking expressions of interest from adults with Down syndrome or other intellectual disability, to be a part of local social groups in the following areas:

• Sydney Metropolitan region (Northern Beaches, Hornsby & North-West, Sutherland and Inner West)
• Hunter region. 
• Western Sydney and Blue Mountains

The groups will be established as local chapters of the Up! Club, with a focus on developing pre-planning resources and self-advocacy skills in preparation for the NDIS.
