Special iApps is a non-profit social enterprise, dedicated to helping children learn. They develop apps for the Apple® iPad®, iPhone® and iPod touch®, in close co-operation with education professionals, parents and children. Apps are designed to be suitable for typically developing children and those with learning difficulties or poor fine motor control.Special Words, based on the See and Learn picture/picture, word/word, picture/word matching program from Down Syndrome Education International is scheduled for release today.
