Photographers: My Perspective 2017 entries are open

Entries are now open for the annual UK competition for photographers with Down syndrome, My Perspective, and close on 28 April 2017. The competition is hosted by the Down's Syndrome Association in London and is open to international entries.

These articles are about two previous My Perspective award winners:

• My Perspective winner featured in travel company advert - David Kenward who won the My Perspective photographic competition in 2015 has been featured in an advertising campaign from travel company Expedia.

• Carlos Biggeman muestra el cielo en sus fotos únicas - the article is from the Bolivian newspaper El Deber, but even if you do not speak Spanish, it worth looking at the photo of Carlos's work in his latest exhibition in Santa Cruz, Bolivia. Carlos Biggeman, originally from Bolivia, now lives in New Zealand, and was the winner of the 2016 My Perspective award for international entries.
