The Special Proposal, launched for World Down Syndrome Day 2015 in March. It has just this week won a prestigious Bronze Lion at the Cannes Lions International Festival of Creativity, a global event for creative communications, advertising and related fields. In 2013, the festival attracted over 35,000 entries.
