- The second UN World Down Syndrome Day Conference 2013 will be live streamed from New York
- A room of golden shells: 100 works by artists and writers with Down syndrome, edited and published by Woodbine House will be launched in the US. Woodbine House does accept orders from individuals inAustralia, but the book is listed for pre-order at The Book Depository.
